I have xeriscape and for some reason this year I've got grass/weeds growing and they were taking over front and back yard. I'm talking 1-2 feet long. The first time they came out it was nice out but later rained. My back yard was all dead in 2 weeks and now is under control. But the front didn't take as well. All I had to do was email them and they came out as a warranty visit and sprayed once the rain stopped and now everything is dying and looking good. I'm so glad I called Mesa Turf Masters. When Josh came out to give us the quote he said I didn't even have to pick the very long weeds, let them spray and rake up once weeds die. True to... read full review

You are able to meet our schedule. Two concerns are the application in July. With the weather being so hot that it doesn't seem that it is greening up as well as normal. I plan to watch it as the weather cools down for improvement . I also feel that I have a little too much pasture grass in the lawn. But using irrigation doesn't help. Two of concerns we have.
