I recently had a trip to St Mary's emergency room and I was so surprised to receive a call from CLOVER today. She was making sure I had an appointment in the future for my injury I experienced.Luckily I already had one but I would have gladly accepted the one she was offering.The Grand Junction Colorado community truly cares about your health.Thank you Clover for your calm, delightful, demeanor. The people and the staff are friendly enough and treated me well. I do have a complaint because I was put on antibiotics I believe on the 4th and was scheduled an extraction appointment for today the 14 I did not get the tooth extracted they said it was somebody else's mistake that they scheduled me for that extraction appointment. Why did I get charged when I'm not trying to be an inpatient I was there for an emergency extraction

Wonderful front desk workers.I do believe the Doctors might try documenting what was talked about during appointment when it comes to a changes in meds. Also, sent to Pharmacy. Refill med request sooner than 10 days and contact patient on reason not able or willing to refill. I do believe that everyone there cares.
