I have been trying to get my cpap supplies and get set up as a new customer with another company for 3 months. I called G&G Medical. With one phone call and one visit to their office I was able to get the cpapsupplies I have needed. Barry and Kim were concerned about my situation. They listened and were pleasant to talk to regarding my concerns.

This place has been super helpful with all of my oxygen and sleep therapy needs. If my concentrator is having issues they help troubleshoot and or send one of their awesome drivers out to help. If I don't under stand how to work the cpap or the number to call for supplies the help guide me threw or set an appointment with the respiratory therapist who answers all my questions. I am very grateful for the staff and the drivers, they are all very kind and helpful they have 2 new people in the office who are sweet and catching on. Their new manager is also very kind and helpful when needing issues addressed .

Convenient location. Almost never have to wait. Helpful and fast service in getting a c-pap machine and later an oxygen concentrator. They have been able to provide the equipment for a home sleep study and got the results to the doctor in a timely manner. They provide oxygen bottles for exchange; wish they sold portable oxygen concentrators. But no one else in Grand Junction seems to sell them either. They manage the details of Medicare; I don't have to worry about how that works. They are part of Rotec somehow and dealing with Rotec was difficult, but they are able to help with orders and payments. All together, they meet my needs and are pleasant and friendly.
