i needed some blinds repaired (broken strings), so I contacted Lucas Drapery, as they advertised repairs plus new installations. I noticed they had an overall 5 star review. lWell, here's one more. Valerie and James were amazing to work with, and after explaining my issues, they promptly came out by appointment, assessed my problems, removed my two blinds, and took them back to their shop. The very next day, James was back with the newly strung blinds, and new valence clips, and installed them. I'm truly amazed at their attention to detail and completion in such a short time. Well done, Lucas Drapery - you are an anomaly!

Customer service at it's best! They showed up on time to my house, collected the shades that needed repair, returned to my house two hours later with the blinds working perfectly and rehung them. It was the easy button! Great service, quality and low cost It would have cost me $1500 to replace all three blinds and he did it for $210 dollars with all the service! I wish more local business had this kind of amazing customer service! I give them my highest recommendation! 5 Stars! Great to support a local Grand Junction Business!

Lucas Drapery are extremely professional and efficient in their work. They do a fantastic job repairing our blinds. They are also very helpful in keeping us aware of products that we've expressed interest in. So very glad I found this company.
