“We are a general contractor in Grand Junction since 1953. We design and build custom homes. We have always had a hard time finding a good landscaper. My neighbor had some landscaping done by Painted Desert Landscaping. I noticed that the workers were there everyday. ‘The job didn’t sit’ it got done. I talked with my neighbor and asked him if he was satisfied with their work, he was very satisfied.
I had Painted Desert re-landscape our back yard due to our many dogs tearing it up. Tom (owner) and I came up with ideas to make it Labrador Retriever proof. We have a large back yard too. They were here everyday, no one stands around on their phones, they worked as a team. No one stood around wondering what’s next, everyone kept their heads down getting their work done. Ricky actually suggested an alternative idea for the area that I wanted irrigated that ended up being a more efficient solution that didn't involve ripping up my concrete walkway or my lawn. I want to stress that they were both incredibly patient with me, talking me through their thought process of what they were going to do, parts, timescale, etc. I really appreciated that, sometimes contractors, etc. show up and just want to get the job done then leave. That was absolutely not the case with these two hard-working men.
