Jacobson Family Dental is wonderful! The staff are super friendly and Dr. Jacobson is exceptional. Very professional and welcoming business. I called needing to be seen as soon as possible and they were able to get me in by the next day. I won't be going anywhere else for my dental needs.
I was not a patient when i called them but i had a severe abscess and was in a lot of pain. I was able to get in right away and they were very kind and sincere. Sleep deprivation and pain had me in there crying, a general hot mess, and they were beyond comforting. Special shout out to Rachel, what a wonderful person!
I have a lot of anxiety regarding the dentist due to past problems. Natalia had excellent communication and helped me with rescheduling when my household was sick, and when I came in for my actual appointment Jody was calm and explained everything to me so I understood what was going on. It had been notated in my chart that I have anxiety around dentists and everyone was extremely kind. The gentleman who took my x-rays was also kind and made sure I felt comfortable while I was getting the imaging done.
