The owner very rudely refused to honor a gift certificate that was older than one year. There was NO EXPIRATION DATE on the certificate. She "gave" me the service I came in for today, but voided the rest of the $250 certificate. I noticed all the good reviews are from years ago, and this woman informed me that she bought it just 2 years ago. Must have been a more customer-focused owner back then. Truly, she was very rude about the whole situation. Bad business!

Hands down the best salon in the Grand Valley. I not only receive my color, cut and nail services there I also receive the best wax care! They have a great selection of hair and skin care products and special gifts for the hard to buy for person. This will undoubtedly be your forever salon!

I've enjoyed coming to this salon over the years for their very talented and very friendly staff. This all changed about a year ago with the new owner. They're loosing good staff and that neighborly feel. The new owner is cold and pretentious.
