Saw the bad reviews but tried them anyways. I didn’t find any grubs in 8,000 sq ft and I laid half by myself. Lawn is looking great after about 3 weeks. The owner who answers the phone is a bit rough around the edges, but I’m not sensitive soo wasn’t bothered by it. Overall good experience. Photos are from only a few days in. Lawn even greener today.

First couple of years they had a younger guy doing the work and it was good. Bit expensive, but the work was done, done the first trip, done correctly. This last two years were not good, and the last year (2018) was the worst! Guy would come out, walk around, determine he didn't have what he needed and would disappear for hours, sometimes days. I was charged minimum fees for him being here for 10min then leaving to get stuff. MANY things were not fixed and took multiple calls, trips over weeks to get them fixed. The meanwhile my grass is either dying, or I'm bleeding water from multiple breaks and wasting money. Did NOT fix MULTIPLE things that I was charged... read full review
