Jess is a hair genius. After nearly two years of having hair so sad and short and dark that looking in the mirror was just plain depressing after trying several new stylists who kept cutting and dyeing instead of shaping and lightening, I finally gave the HaloCoture Fall Piece and Halo a shot.
