After moving to GJ from a big city, I was so scared to try someone new. I’ve had so many negative experiences with others who claimed they knew how to handle my unruly curls and semi course texture, only to end up with cuts and colors that made me want to hide. I found Jess 8 years ago and am so beyond pleased with every service she has offered. She not only is a genius with color and treatments, she also is just the kindest soul you’ll ever meet and walks you through every step she does so that you feel comfortable and relaxed. Jess is a hair genius. After nearly two years of having hair so sad and short and dark that looking in the mirror was just plain depressing after trying several new stylists who kept cutting and dyeing instead of shaping and lightening, I finally gave the HaloCoture Fall Piece and Halo a shot. Jess talked me through absolutely every single step, she answered my endless questions, she patiently spent hours helping me figure out how to handle my new hair, how to care for it, and how to make it part of my life.
