AC stopped on a Saturday afternoon, when it was 99 degrees. Called 14 HVAC repair people and most never answered the phone or replied at all. Troy from Hawks was terrific , answered the phone and kept me apprised of his availability. Showed up before 8 AM the next morning. Got our AC Back in 30 minutes Thank you, Troy!!
We have used Hawks on 10 occasions since 2019 for different issues with our aging HVAC system (house was built in 1995). We have 3 furnaces and 4 AC units and it seems like at the beginning of every seasonal change there is an issue with one of the appliances. Hawks responds promptly, fixes the problem for what seems to be a reasonable price. I don't think they have had to fix the same problem twice. We are quite happy with their service.
