Excellent and timely service. I have complete confidence in Haining and have used them for a number of years for my Breezair cooler and Burnam boiler. WOW what service. Discovered our hot water heater leaking, made a call to Haining Home Services and explained to Bob what I was seeing. He said we will have someone out with the next 30 minutes or so. Before I knew it Jesse had arrived, completed his inspection and discovered the bottom of our tank had rusted out. He gave me to quote to install a Rheem Professional 50 gallon tank. (I expected we would have to schedule another appointment) I agreed to the quote, Jesse said okay I'll have a guy from the shop bring one over and we will get installed. I know I looked shocked... I called Haining for my air conditiong issue and Lucas was there in a flash, even though it was late in the day! Lisa in the office is an excellent asset as well! She answers the phone within seconds!!... it's hard to beat that kind of service!! Fast and reliable!! As a follow-up to this, their team replaced my HVAC system yesterday.. No glitches, friendly technicians...first class all the way!!
