We were very impressed with the customer service we received from Jason. Kenny called the day before the scheduled installation of our carpet. When my husband asked about what time they would be here, Kenny said, “Between 9 and 9:15 tomorrow morning.” He and Tanner arrived at our house promptly at 9 a.m. They moved our entertainment center and sofa without any problem. My husband explained to Kenny what was going to be replaced. He took the measurements to be sure there was enough carpet. We had our carpets cleaned and they look amazing. They got out all the stains, and it really brought our carpet back to life! The carpets smell fresh (like oranges) and Sean was so nice, answered all of my questions, and was super fast. Definitely will be using Good Shepard again!Service: General carpet cleaning
