I felt welcome the minute somebody answered the phone to make a new patient appointment. The woman was very friendly and helpful! I was originally referred to them by a coworker and I’m very pleased that I gave them a chance! Amy, my hygienist was just awesome! I found my new dentist!
They scheduled me for an hour to get the tooth fixed and would not go the extra mile to get my crown put on that day. They said it was a 2-hour appointment to get that done and still charged me for the dentist to look in my mouth. They do have a good attitude there, especially Connie and Dr Alan. I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later because of the holiday, I will give a second review Once they fix my crown.
I love Crested Oak Dentistry ,everyone is very friendly and go above and beyond to help you and make sure that I'm informed on what is happening with the treatment I'm having.. I have always felt cared about when I'm there.. Would recommend this practice to all my friends and family,. You recieve excellent care and service.
