    In 2020 we had Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning install a new, "Central Air System", to replace our old swamp cooler. To do this they had to vent a 2" exhaust pipe to the exterior of the house. I ask them to make a hole through our foundation, and put the piping out the back of our home. But they DID NOT> Instead, they installed the piping into the adjacent bedroom in the basement and plumbed, over the top of an existing door, long the wall and elbowed the piping to an existing basement window.     If anyone has had any further damage done after the installation , this man is no where to be found. He has leins against him and a pending felony. Please report to Mesa County SheriffService: A/C system maintenance

    I’ll give them an extra star for being open on Sunday. However, the igniter he sold me at a 200% markup and assured me would work in my furnace was in fact too short and did not work. Everything is working great now that I contacted a real heating technician who provided the correct part. When I provide my furnace model to an HVAC professional and they provide a part, I don’t want to have to question whether the part is compatible. Luckily, I was preemptively informed that there would be no returns even if it didn’t fit. Almost like he knew it wouldn’t. Very disappointed.
