We bought carpet from here. The communication was very poor, we would try to get an install date worked out (we live out of the area) the salesperson was hard to get a hold of. Finally got a day worked out the installer was supposed to call to confirm, he would only text message and never respond. The installers were supposed to get to the job at noon (we had another appointment before). They showed up about 10:30 and just stood around waiting for us to get back at 12. They came in the house worked about 30 minutes, went to lunch for almost 2 hours, was gone by 3:30. We were told by the salesperson it would be a 2-day job, the installer informed us it would be a 4-to-5-day... read full review

We went in... well we tried to but doors were locked. Took 3 phone calls to reach someone and was told 2 different days we would get measurements just to be left with no contact. Having to beg a company for a full house install is ridiculous... not sure how anyone actually got flooring to leave positive reviews.
