These people remind me of the old days when custermars were treated as people. I am putting them on speed dial and telling my friends they don't have to be a number but can be a real person.
I am calling them for anther job, replacing our furnace vent pipe.

I was in kind of a bind because it was cold out and the heating system broke in my unit. My tenant and her children were very cold and using space heaters. I called several places in Grand Junction and they were either too busy or didn’t even pick up the phone. Jason picked up right away and he was able to get there within 30 minutes.
