Binkley & Mapes performed some critical roof repair on my commercial flat, rubber roof. I was told, based on the type of roof I had, these guys were the only ones I'd want to call. Work and repair was completed. Realistic expectations were given to me as to longevity I might expect. Couple years later, some on the repairs needed re-touched up.
