I attended 28 years ago and still remember a lot of what I learned! Everything they teach is well worth your time. You will learn to focus your mind in these classes, and it will stay with you and guide you as you mature in life! I can’t thank Shihan Bill enough for everything I’ve learned in the dojo! ❤️
