Our experience with Bemis was excellent. Josh was awesome and was really considerate and professional. Their team kept me in loop about price and scheduling and smoothly handled all of the permits.

First off, a helpful human answered the phone. They were very busy and couldn’t schedule me for two weeks but suggested at least getting on their wait/cancellation list. Since our problem wasn’t a dire emergency we did just that and, next day got a call from Josh who had finished a job nearby. He came over and diagnosed and fixed our issue inside of an hour (gfi outlet had gone bad and needed replacing). Josh was pleasant and engaging and left us with a very positive impression of Bemis.

Excellent customer service. I had them come out for a quote and they ended up installing a new circuit same day in less than an hour. Now I have a new dishwasher! The other four companies I called quoted me way more and didn’t listen to what I wanted. Highly recommend Bemis. Matthew was awesome!
