“Walking in everything was clean. The woman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I got the versa spa spray tan, because I hadn't done it in a while, and was in a rush I forgot a few steps. That was all user error and had nothing to do with the business. Maybe a little refresher from the front would be nice, but I also could have read the posters on the wall‍.
