I have called several times to get an appointment and can’t talk to anyone in person, I left messages and they never returned my call!

Local neighborhood salon, needed a new style cut, the site says open and walk-ins welcome. Called during business hours, no answer. Okay, I will just stroll over to see if they can do what I had in mind. Walked in, NOT 'welcomed' but interrogated instead :-( Asked about the cut, simple enough, mega bucks answer :-( Asked if there were any senior or veterans discounts available, NO. Well then, not welcomed, but haughtily interrogated. No service to the community that supports. :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

If you are looking for a skilled hair color, cut and style person Mary K. at Tangles Hair Design is the ONE. I probably drive her crazy...I want my hair long, then shorter, layers, then blunt, more blond, some red highlights...she is great at what she does and listens. I am 60 years old but she has my hair looking 20 years younger!
