Lazarus did a great job. His supervisor also chipped in. We are very happy with the service! Not so happy with the confusion about the cost. The salesperson quoted a price that was supposed to include the stairs. When Lazaro got here, the job showed only the entry and living room. We did decide on the additional charge for the stairs, but it was unexpected.

10/23/24. Summer came out and cleaned my carpet today. She is amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained it all. She is all around a great employee. I will be recommending her to anyone that asks. If I had a business, I would try to hire her away from you.
