This is where I was introduced to yoga many years ago. I couldn't have asked for a more fortunate introduction than Kari's beginner class, and the phrase "begin at the beginning" has stuck with me. I moved to a different part of town and I haven't been back in a while. I hope this place still exists.

I am new to Yoga, and sometimes intimidated going to new studios. This was not the case at Golden Yoga! Everyone was so warm and welcoming! Malcom is a great instructor, tentative to everyone in the class and so helpful! Very happy I found this place!

Love this studio. It's only $5.00 for your first class. Teachers and class times are amazing. Why not try yoga to help yourself in life? Yoga = my medicine
