love golden endurance! i’ve been working with sammie for almost a year and have never felt stronger. it’s been great to target areas of weakness and gain more confidence pushing myself on the trails.
If you're reading this, you've found the best PT in golden, especially if you are active.Hands down the best experience I've had. Not only will you feel better, you'll walk away with an understanding of what's going on with your body and practical tools to support your recovery.Knowledge is power, this is the place you go if you want to fix the problem for good! 15/10 recommend.
Sammie is such an amazing coach and physical therapist! She genuinely cares about her patients and athletes. She goes above and beyond checking in and making sure any injuries or small niggles are being addressed.For PT, each appointment is one and one and she maximizes each minute to get a full evaluation with workouts/treatment. She also works with my very limited schedule getting me in for an appointment (so so grateful!). As an athlete, you don’t just feel like a number or like you are apart of a copy-paste program.
