The Raney family are top-notched business owners, that carry a superb product and the installation is very professional. We had a problem with the subfloor when they removed the carpet. The problem was resolved to a high degree and the whole installation took 2 days. I just love our floor.
Erin arrived at the scheduled visit with all the samples. She measured the area and thoroughly discussed what I wanted and what her company could do for us in the project area. She guided me gently when I asked for her advice and/or thoughts on the project area and told me all about the process it would take to do what we wanted done. We discussed the fact the installation of the floor covering that was previously done was done very poorly. She explained what had to be done, even when she knew we were getting an estimate from another company. Excellent customer service. We had an issue and they responded immediately. They corrected the issue immediately and communicated with us throughout the entire process. The floors look beautiful!
