I had a positive experience with FH replacing flooring and base trim on the main level, and then had them back for the upstairs. For the upstairs, I really appreciated Cleason, Para, and Andre. I was happy that they were able to move and work around furniture in the rooms, and then thought there was good innovation figuring out a couple tricky areas with transitions from new to existing.
I've spent 17k on flooring with this company on two properties. They do very good work. Docking 1 star because of communication issues after installation when it comes to repairing defects.
