I am an avid trail runner and sprained my ankle last spring. I started going to see Michael, one of the PTs, after my ankle injury turned into a knee injury. He worked with me to strengthen my ankle and leg muscles so that I was trail running again a few months later. My IT band started acting up this fall and, through dry needling and exercises, I am now running again pain free! I cannot tell you how much relief physical therapy can be if you have an injury (even a minor one). Cory was great - was attentive, conscientious and creative in diagnosing the causes of my pain and developing a treatment program. I highly recommend him and the team at the Golden office, who were super helpful navigating insurance and responsive to scheduling requests.
I recently had a knee replacement. Carrie Hamm's expertise and encouragement beginning two days after surgery were excellent. She described the purpose of all the exercises as I was going them, then sent me directions on how to continue on my own. My progress was immediate and within six weeks post surgery and twice a week therapy sessions, I am walking without a limp and measure 130 deg for my radius. My goal was reached and I attribute Carrie's professionalism for my success. I also enjoyed the facility and warm reception staff.
