WARNING‼‼‼I strongly advise avoiding this terribly horrendous clinic for pain management at all costs. It's incredibly unprofessional and the staff are incompetent. My experience was beyond awful from the start, with warnings from former employees and patients. The promises made by the doctor were never upheld, and the treatments were ineffective at best, harmful at worst. The staff's lack of knowledge and dishonesty are alarming. The whole ordeal was a absolute nightmare, leading to unnecessary suffering and mistreatment. This facility should not be allowed to operate!!!

I was a patient there for a long time always sweet and respectful. I loved the front desk and the PAs. Last spring 2021 I got incredibly sick. Every few weeks I would become violently ill and throw up everything including my pain medications. It was horrible, painful and scary. I was in and out of the ER constantly and all the could find on ct was some anamalies in my reproductive tract. But I asked everyone what it was. Finally about 4 months into this I figured out that it corresponded with my period and I needed a hystetectomy. I told the PA and she said she hadn't thought of that but it's a good idea. I needed to go find a surgeon by myself. It took 3 surgeons for one to finally say yes. My PA told me to do whatever the surgeon said and that was to stop taking the pain meds a week before surgery and get rid of them. So I did. Then the PA said I should have brought them to her for safe keeping. I adked why she didn't tell me that and her answer was that she didn't know but it was fine do what the surgeon said. I had also had to go to the ER right before my appointment, so I would have dilauted in my system. She was fine and wished me luck and Id have a new PA when I got back. I had surgery and on the day of discharge something happened and i ended up having emergency surgery and spent another 10 days in the hospital during which time the cat I had for 20yrs died and when they sent me home i had a 6 inch ooen wound that i would have to take care of on my own. It took months to heal. While i was dealing with this i went to CPC for my appointment with my new provider and had to have my mother help me in. The PA came in she was cold and rude and made me feel like a little child. She said tgat i had had negative UAs and I said yes thats why I had surgery to stop that. It had taken months for the reason to be discovered why and then due to COVID getting surgery done was difficult. She kind of squirmed around at that and then locked in on that I had dilauted in my system which meant I was getting drugs from other places like off the streets. I said i got it ftom the ER and she can look that up in her computer or i can get it from them. She wanted to know the date and it was the day of the UA. because I couldnt remember the exact date, it had been a few weeks and i had had two major surgeries losing all my reproductive organs and a foot of bowel which I only have 3ft left i didnt remember exact dates but i do know that the dilauted in my system was bcz i had to go to the emergency room and she just kept saying i was getting it from the streets. It was nean, unprofessional and stupid she could have seen i went to the ER, computers are connected, she could have seen i was having vomiting problems through the files. This has to be one of the nastiest people ive dealt with and she should not be working with sick people who need help. As for Dr Jason K who is supposed to be the nicest guy, i asked to talk to him a few times especially when i was really sick and the answer was no. I had just had two major surgeries, lost one of my best friends, still had an open wound to tend to and im being accused of getting drugs off the street when it was from the emergency room. I followed all the rules and did what they asked and was happy there until i got very sick, had major surgery, came back to the people I trusted only to be treated like trash. It would be nice to talk to Dr Jason, maybe he doesnt know what goes on but I know Im not important enough to take any of his time. I never thought it would happen, but this place is cruel, don't take your mom and dad, unless you hate them.

I got a call from out of the blue. They were not even able to tell me how they found out about me. They had no clue of my medical history nor were they even concerned about it. They very strongly resisted hearing my medical history, previous diagnoses, my concerns, or my pain. They were strangely fixated on drugs. Over and over she kept bringing up opiates and over and over I told her "this isn't about drugs..this is about complaining!" By the last time (five minutes later) she brought up drugs I was fed up with it, got up, and walked out. They, clearly, don't care about me or my life on any level what-so-ever. Considering how fixated they were on drugs it looks and sounds like a place you would go if you're looking for drugs. If you're looking for drugs I highly recommend CPC but if you, like me, are looking for someone to care about you, care about your challenges, care about your suffering I would not at all recommend CPC. They just don't care. Conceptually speaking is beyond their grasp let alone ability to to do. In short if you want drugs go here! If you want someone to care DON'T!
