The Glenwood Sorings location went out of their way to help us out on short notice! We dealt with a gentleman named Jacob. He was very pleasant on the phone and had wonderful follow up skills. I wish every business had a Jacob.

Had a couple of windshield repairs done. One is right in the field of vision and they drilled it out making it much more noticeable than it was. Luckily we just went through a sandstorm and will need a new windshield now anyway, but as the insurance company's preferred provider i expected better workmanship on the repair.
