The tech was very knowledgeable about flooring and cleaning. He did a great job and my carpets look almost new. He took the extra time to “rake” the carpet for faster drying. My house smells so fresh and clean. Thank you!
Great customer service. Scheduled over the phone and Scott was able to come the next day. He called when headed towards our house and arrived on time. Scott explained process and gave us the estimate before starting. Job completed in an hour. Carpet looks amazing. We will definitely use Mr. Vac in the future.
