Massages here are done by a highly skilled and Nationally Certifed Massage Therapist. Highly recommended.
Disorganized, unprofessional, rude, and confusing. Their 45 minutes late on a 1 hour appointment slot is inexcusable. I made an appointment for a 1 hour massage. Arrived to my appointment 1 minute late, and professional on staff (did not introduce herself) said "great, I'm running late too." She was still with a patient, and didn't get to me until 45 minutes after my appointment slot had started. She thought I had booked an acupuncture appointment, and when I explained that I had actually booked a 1 hour massage, I was treated rudely as though the mix-up were my fault, and she told me she didn't even do massage.
