Highly professional, honest, prompt, great installation, great service. They have done several projects for me, and they've all turned out well. Flooring is a major investment. Don't try to save a few bucks with a big box. The product, quality, expertise, and experience are vastly better at Good Shepard. You'll be happier in the long run. BONUS: They're local, family-owned and operated.
Good Shepherd did an awesome job with my LVP floors. They had amazing customer service and it was made clear to me that they legitimately wanted me to be satisfied. I’m recommending them to friends.

The whole process was excellent from purchasing to install. We will be back in the future for all our flooring and we will need blinds soon so we will definitely use Good Shepherd Flooring.
