The nail salon is so cozy and inviting; I love going inside and waiting on the large, comfy chairs; I love that it has the feeling of calm and spa and not a regular old nail salon that smells of acetone.
Heidi has done my manicures the past two times now and she is wonderful!! I've gotten nothing but amazing customer service from Heidi, and my nails always look Divine afterward, not to mention how wonderful my hands still smell even after an hour of leaving.

I haven't gotten my nails done with the other staff members, but I have met them, and they're all very kind and so welcoming and inviting ?.

My fave waxer is definitely the manager - the other girlies should definitely take notes from her! My bikini wax was quick and almost painless, and I cannot believe how smooth. The attention to detail of plucking afterwards was the cherry on top. Would totally give 5 stars if the other waxers were on par with her amazing service.
