“I was referred here by a friend over a year ago after I partially tore my MCL. When I say Dr Riley Kulm has done an outstanding job it’s an understatement. He got me from pain every step I walked to back in the Jiu jitsu gym 3-4 times a week with 0 pain in only 4 months. I made 90-100% recovery in such a short time of following his procedures and rehabilitation workouts and overtime my pain decreased and range of motion increased drastically to the point where now my knee is stronger(a year post tear) than it was before the injury. “I had had chronic back pain for years, but it was my neck and shoulder pain that first brought me to specialized. First and foremost, my PT always addresses and helps to get my pain controlled rather quickly. Then they take the time to teach me correct movement patterns and give me exercises to reinforce them. They have helped get my back, shoulder, and neck pain under control. The staff does an excellent job of helping to prioritize appointments and calling to fit you in if you're on a wait list.I had a bout with vertigo last July, and I was luckily seen quickly, as I was leaving the country for several months. My PT Ellen even helped me make a video of the exercise to help alleviate it. Sadly, I've had to go back to that video since then, but I felt so grateful to have it.My main therapists have been Bill and Melissa, and they are both excellent!!
