I Couldn’t have asked for better service from the Vet, the tech and the receptionist they were all great very customer, orientated, compassionate, thoughtful, and considerate , they make you feel welcome and family.
Our first visit to Kokopelli Animal Hospital was spring 2025. We were looking for expertise in soft tissue injury for our Aussie. They diagnosed the issue and we had follow-up laser treatments and our pup was back to agility trials in July. Later in the summer, we brought another pup in for a second opinion/diagnosis. It was not an easy issue to unpack, but Dr. Lastine took a thoughtful and disciplined approach. We had a good outcome after some diagnostic tests and a few suggested routine changes. It's been six months and that pup just had a great wellness check and annual vaccinations.
Class act establishment. We had to put my cat Angelo to sleep and they were very supportive and understanding. They even sent us a condolence card with everyone writing something. It truly means a lot! It was a very tough decision and we will miss him greatly, but the doctor and all the support staff were awesome. Thank you!
