“We hired John, the owner of Handy Jack, to replace an old bathroom sink and an old master water shut-off device in our home. We found him through his excellent reviews on Yelp. John arrived on time and prepared with the materials for the job. He has many years' plumbing experience, so he was able to talk knowledgeably about both projects. He immediately gave us a sense of confidence that he knew what he was doing. We left him to do his work, and in less than 3 hours he had replaced the bathroom sink, faucets, and damaged hoses under the sink. He even repaired the countertop that was damaged. When he was finished, he cleaned everything up and took the old parts to a recycling center. We could not be happier. We love our new sink and the installation is perfect. On top of this, John talked us out of replacing the master water shut-off in the home because he said it was in very good shape and did not need to be replaced. We are very happy with his work and have already hired him for 2 additional non-plumbing handy man projects. Also, we just noticed he was just named as one of the top 5 best handyman companies in 2024 by the Summit Daily newspaper.“
