My dog was limping due to arthritis in her elbows. We hated to see her in pain and were managing it with daily pain meds, but we definitely didn't want that to be our forever plan. Dr. Gaynor examined her and suggested that we try elbow injections of hyalauric acid to lubricate the joints. We did, and it worked!! We're so grateful that she's no longer limping. Dr. Gaynor was wonderful to work with - he thoroughly explained what was going on with her and our options for managing it. He took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them!), which I really appreciated. After our experience working with him I would highly recommend Dr. Gaynor... read full review

My GSD tore his CCL last summer. Thanks to Dr Gaynor we got braces for both of his back legs and were able to avoid at least one, and possibly two, complicated and difficult surgeries/recoveries.Raffa is back to living his normal life. It's a miracle. While he may never be exactly the same my older, big, heavy bodied Germsn Shepherd was spared a horrible surgery with a long recovery. He's running. playing and enjoying his life. There are no words to describe my relief at having him sound, healthy and present.

I would highly recommend Peak Performance for Veterinary care. Dr. Gaynor and his staff took great care of my dog and got him feeling better in no time. Dr. Gaynor is truly an expert in his field. His assistant was wonderful to me and my dog and we very much appreciate the care we received. They explain all the options for canine pain management, the data behind the science, and the process. It was a great experience and I am thankful that my dog has improved greatly since we started treatment with Dr. Gaynor and Peak Performance.
