With any mega- health organization, the machine has changed the org into an impersonal, illogical instition. The check in process is burdensome and repetitive. The hold times are close to an hour, only to find no answers, not be transferred or to start all over. Actual service is okay. Overall long, which creates more expense. Terrible! First visit I was waiting for an hour to be seen for 10 minutes. The second visit I showed up 9 minutes late bc of work and they turned me away and said I had to reschedule.
