Melinda at Copper Mountain Yoga & Massage is my favorite Yoga teacher in the county.Copper is only a 10 min drive from Frisco, but Melinda also teaches @ the Senior Center in Frisco (where you don't have to be a Senior to participate!) & she charges HALF of what most yoga studios charge. I have been going to Melinda's class for about 5 years and I couldn't be happier! I've tried classes all over the country and she is the only one who can make everyone feel comfortable no matter what your level. ❤❤❤❤❤

Never boring! Sessions are different every time. Usually incorporates some vinyasa but also includes other types of yoga. Attention is given to individual's requests, including poses and modifications for strength, flexibility and injuries.
