Dan Reisdorph told me he would come to my home a few hours after we spoke on the phone. He never showed up, and he didn't even have the common courtesy or decency to let me know he was no longer going to come to the house! I texted him later that day, and he never responded to my text. In my opinion he is completely unprofessional and unreliable!

Dan Reisdorph should not practice plumbing or HVAC work. He doesn't hold a plumbing license and never had one. He will try to convince his customers to pull a permit on his behalf as he is not able to pull plumbing permits himself. He has had multiple lawsuits in this county which he all lost. He has never paid any $$ he was ordered to pay back in judgments against him. Upon inspection from the town of Frisco building inspector, we had to hire a new plumberwho had to remove all the work he did, fix the problems he created on the main line due to his shoddy work and start over. The contractor has poor communication skills, often accepting jobs initially and pushing them farther and farther back, with zero rescheduling. Calls and texts go unanswered and unreturned. His reply’s are often ‘I’ll call you back tonight! / I’ll be ready tomorrow’ and yet he doesn’t call back or even answer his own calls, nor does he respond to messages for the day after, when he said he’d be ready. Bottom line. The contractor doesn’t communicate. I spent 2 weeks trying to lock a day in for my job being told ‘tomorrow, next week’ etc.... I ended up calling someone else. Don’t waste your time with this guy.
