“I’ve had three kids in braces. Two of them went to a place I won’t mention. The third one is with Dr. Rex Johnson, and we LOVE him. I am kicking myself for not taking the first two there. Not only is Dr. Rex Johnson much more affordable, but he is more personable. He treats my kid like a person, not like a number. Hands down he is the best. My daughter is nearing the end of her orthodontic journey, and I’m thinking maybe I should get myself some braces so we can keep going! Kidding, but only a little.“

“My personal experience with Dr. Cope's dental office staff was prompt in confirming appointments and the staff extremely courteous & helpful.

Dr Cope took the time to provide a good explanation of my crown procedure, why it needs to be done. He was happy to answer any questions. The end result after crown, my smile better than before. I had no idea a crown could be a benefit.

I've been going to Dr Cope for at least 20 years. His dedication to his patient's and his  expertise have always impressed me.

“I'm not sure how all these great reviews came to be.. my experience was anything but great. Dr. Ballenger was who I seen for an initial consultation and I asked if my insurance would be accepted which is Cigna and was told it wouldnt benefit me to use insurance cause it would end up costing my insurance more which I thought was strange... and at the end of my 10 min consultation I was hit with a fee of $400. I didn't feel right after leaving that place I went back in for a second consult and still wasn't clear on a game plan so now I'm having issues getting Dr Ballenger to return my calls after 2 missed appointments and one that was rescheduled by his office I must say that I run a business, work at various hours on call so I had to miss one appointment due to work and then my son was diagnosed with covid so that one was unavoidable and due to this I was told I could not get another appointment unless I paid $149... I obviously wasn't happy with this considering what I already paid and gone through with this office. I literally only needed a 5 min phone call to determine if he was going to add an implant on my bottom tooth which there was a discrepancy with that only he could tell me and yet this man must of felt too important to return a call otherwise there should be no reason to ignore a patient.. I have never had to deal with this treatment. I run my own business for many years now, have a husband, kids and dogs so I understand busy more than anyone so it can't be this reason either he didn't get any of my messages or just refused to deal with the situation either way it's very unprofessional so I'll invest my hard earned money elsewhere it will probably work out better for me in the long run. I just hope nobody else has to deal with this nonsense. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone...“
