The best! Used them for a small spa in 2020 and this year for a huge one. Great service, installation and communication. Rob is great and I am so glad I did not try to save a few hundred dealing with somebody in Denver. Buy local enjoy the best service around.

There seems to be 2 dealers in the area. Bear Dance Spas offers salt water hot tubs while the other dealer sells the traditional hot tubs. We went with Bear Dance because we wanted a salt water spa. We enrolled in the regular maintenance as well. While we've had a couple issues with the tub itself, the customer service and timely response from the owner Rob has been exceptional (above and beyond). It's easy to say a business is great when everything goes perfectly. Because of Rob and his staff's responses, we are still pleased with the business and highly recommend them.

Products are pretty similar across the brands. What distinguishes Hot Springs are the dealers like Bear Dance Spas. From original sale, installation on the rooftop (including contracting the crane), to now over one year of weekly service, as Greg, another reviewer, said it best - small enough for personal touch and care, large enough for any spa job.
