I have seen several vets at this clinic for the last year and had all good experiences except with one young (new) vet. Oddly enough, their relief vets are some of my favorite vets ever! I will also add that while I am very critical of practices and expect the best service with knowledgeable providers, the relief vet Dr McCallister is certainly one of THE best vets I've ever seen in several decades of seeing vets all over the US.

Very caring staff and the Vets. The whole business operation runs like a well oiled machine and is centered around the loving pets. My Toby loves going there and has no fear of staff or the Vets.

I don't normally post reviews because I find them to be mostly subjective. This is an exception because we received exceptional and compassionate care from the initial phone call to the end of the procedure. We are not patients of this practice, however one of our dogs had been having seizures for over 12 hours and since she is 16, it was time to make the unpleasant decision to put her down. Our normal practice was closed so I called the next nearest one to us that was open and they got us in within 3 hours. We would like to thank Katelyn, Gayla, Kate, Lydia and Dr. Menning for the most sensitive, and compassionate care. We are forever grateful to have had this difficult experience handled so tenderly. Thank you to all of you!!
