My grandparents had xcel do their roof and they my grandparents the best bang for their buck! Ed and Dave got my grandparents' insurance to do their part to the fullest extent by using exactimate and building codes! All my grandparents had to pay for was their deductible. Ed and Dave always kept in contact and were able to answer any of the questions my grandparents had. They also came by in person during and after the roofing to make sure things were done right and to make sure any and all debris/screws and nails were cleaned up! My in-laws and I used Xcel Restoration for repairs due to a hail storm several years ago. We used him because a local neighborhood college kid was working for him for the summer and told us he was reputable. The owner of Xcel never followed through on completing the jobs he quoted.I ended up having to pay the paint company for the paint job on my fence out of my own pocket because they couldn’t get Xcel to pay them. The owner of Xcel had the nerve to try to bill me again for it. I refused to pay him for that. He agreed to be the contractor for all the hail damage repair to include the garage door.
