The office staff and care givers are wonderful and always treat me with kindness during my visits as well as on the phone. This year the Professional Assistant, Laura Brown, has taken over my care, and she is incredible! Laura is caring, kind, patient, and truly listens to my concerns. She has prescribed medications that have benefitted my health attending to refills as needed in a timely manner. Laura is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her practice. If necessary, she sends me to other specialists, keeping track of my progress. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Center Point Family Medicine of Colorado Springs, and of course of Laura Brown. She has been wonderful and caring and has helped me when I was ill, prescribing what is best for medical my needs. “I have been coming to this location for over 12 years since it was CSHP and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and doctors I've interacted with. Front desk staff: Excellent. Lab Staff: Excellent. Dr. U, Dr. Yang, and Dr. R Johnson (whom I have seen the most of) have been fantastic. Always called back within minutes of checking in to take vitals. Longest wait time would be in the labs but even then we're talking 10 minutes max. I'm baffled at the negative comments. Certainly not my experience. Keep up the good work guys!!“
