My dog had been pretty sick, and they were able to get him in the same day while all the other vet offices in the area told me it would take 1-3 weeks to get seen. Everyone there was very friendly and took good care of my puppy! They also have great prices compared to other places I've been in Colorado Springs.
From the phone call to the office to my interaction with the veterinarian and staff, everything was a positive experience. Everyone is both friendly while being professional. The doctor discussed what she felt was the problem with my cat, Delilah. We then discussed treatment as well as cost options for antibiotics. Pill form is much less than a one time shot. I elected the shot so it would be less traumatic for my cat. They followed up a few days later with a call to check on her. She was definitely on the mend. I can highly recommend this office, but you may have to wait for availability as they are not taking new clients at this time. That says a lot about the quality... read full review
I had a situation in which I needed my pets’ records from the last few years emailed to me very quickly and the person who helped (I was stressed and did not get her name!) was so awesome and kind and patient and got me everything I needed almost as soon as we hung up the phone. The office staff was great when I lived there and still wonderful when I’m in a completely different state. Thank you!
