Basset recently helped me with a major HVAC upgrade and conversion to a tankless water heater. I've been thoroughly impressed by how great everyone from the company has been to work with. They're quick and thorough when answering questions, they did great work with the install, and they went the extra mile to make sure the smallest details of the install matched what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have work don on their home.

Bassett installed a new AC and furnace for me and cleaned my air ducts. Absolutely everyone I have dealt with, from the front desk staff, to the sales staff and general manager, to the installers and duct cleaners have been top notch. They made sure my carpet was clean by putting down runners, were extremely careful to not damage any doorways or furniture when removing the old furnace and bringing in the new one, answered all my questions and were so courteous and professional. On October 12th at 3PM in the 80910 zip code, they came out to do a furnace tune up and the technician (Jacob I think, I am incredibly bad with names) was a true credit to his trade. He performed the job well, timely, and efficiently. He went above and beyond the call of what is required of him and inspired a high degree of confidence for me.
