From the moment he arrived, Kevin was professional and courteous. The plumbing problem was initially confusing to me, but he did an incredible job of explaining the issue in layman's terms so that I could fully understand what needed to be done. I truly appreciated his patience and clarity!

Basset had previous installed an AC when I moved into my current home. They did an excellent job. Just recently they installed a new hot water heater, and again their work was excellent. More recently I had a new furnace installed.The technician, Chris Wagoner, completed the job with high quality professional results. Very happy with the whole process from the initial bid to the finished project.
