Dr. Pierre is the kindest and warmest doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was genuinely just an amazing human to meet, and you can tell he works with equally incredible people like Jessica. She took so much time with me and made sure I was well taken care of. She was informative, professional, and kind. Without a doubt, if you need to go somewhere for eye care, please go here. Excellent service, from making the appointment to picking up my glasses. The technician and doctor were both friendly and helpful, explaining what they were doing and why.
One star off because there was only one person helping choose frames and set up delivery. He was great, but because of the short staffing he wasn’t able to give me more personalized service in picking out frames. It wasn’t his fault, but it felt like I was on an island.
